How long does it take for the product to be delivered?
After we receive the deposit payment and design confirmation, production takes 5-6 weeks. Shipping to your job site requires an additional 4-5 weeks. The entire production and delivery process takes approximately 10-12 weeks.
How are the products packed?
Our products are treated with the utmost care and protection during the packaging process. Profiles and glass are covered with dual-sided filming and then packaged in pearl foam cotton. Each item is secured on an iron pallet, wrapped with iron pipes, further reinforced with packing tape, and finally sealed with clear wrapping film.
Do you provide a product warranty? What is the duration of the warranty?
Yes, we provide a robust warranty policy: 10 years for profile surfaces, 7 years for hardware, 3 years for flyscreen, and 2 years for glass. Damages caused by external factors not related to the product will not be covered under warranty. For such cases, we provide chargeable after-sales service.
Can you provide door and window installation?
We provide installation services in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. We also offer free storage for up to two weeks after delivery.
How long can the finished products be stored?
Our domestic factories provide free storage for up to 30 days, allowing for flexibility in your construction schedule.
Is the hardware already installed on the window when it is shipped?
Single-leaf hinged doors or independent windows are shipped in one package. Larger combinations may be divided into multiple packages. All the necessary hardware, except for specific components, is installed in the factory and fitted on-site post-delivery.
What delivery methods/terms are available?
We offer multiple delivery options, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU, to suit your project's logistics needs.
